Tim Carver of Gentryville, IN won $50,000 playing Powerball on Decmeber 24.

Tim plans on putting his $50,000 in a savings account. The self-employed construction and drywall worker also didn't find out for days that he won $50,000. His wife said the win is "one more step to retirement."
