#powerball New Mexico Player Wins $50,000

Maclovio Medina, from Rio Rancho won $50,000 playing Powerball. Medina purchased his winning Quick Pick ticket at Albertson's at 3542 Zafarano Drive in Santa Fe. His lucky ticket matched four white numbers (4, 8, 19 and 27) and the Powerball number 10.

He plans to use his winnings to take a cruise and pay bills.

Medina's brother and sister received Legislative Lottery Scholarships at CNM.
