Steven Wilson of Bend likes playing Oregon's Game Megabucks, but on a whim he decided to pick up a Powerball ticket with the extra $2 he had in his pocket. Good thing too, because that impulse purchase turned into $10,000 Powerball win for the RV mechanic.

"I'm going to use the money to put even more money down on a new house," Steven said. "When I checked the ticket the retailer couldn't believe it either!"
