Kevyn Ogawa came to the Lottery's Van Nuys District Office yesterday with the California ticket that matched the August 28 winning combination of 37, 1, 17, 31, 54 and Mega number 31. Ogawa, who preferred not to be interviewed, elected to take the cash option, making his take home amount worth about $107 million. ?????
