#megamillions $25 Million Jackpot Claimed in Ohio

CLEVELAND - The winner of the $25-million Mega Millions jackpot from the November 9, 2010 drawing has come forward, claiming the prize in trust.

Matthew F. Kadish, trustee, made the claim on behalf of The Gravina Island Trust. The winner chose the cash option. The Trust will receive $11,569,416 after mandatory federal and state tax withholdings totaling 31 percent.The holder of the ticket used auto lotto, purchasing the ticket from Marc's #67 in Broadview Heights. The winning numbers were 8-26-28-33-53. The mega ball was 11.  Marc's # 67 receives a $25,000 agent bonus for selling the top prizewinning ticket.
